I have had a lot of luck with Citi Bank. You can open online, free bill pay, great interest rates on savings accounts (4.5% - 5.00% APY).

Also try something like a local credit union or small community bank. They typically have great service and understand that students sometimes run into financial hardship and if you ever incur overdraft fees they are likely to refund them. Community banks normally have lower savings rates, but are much more personable. Credit unions are better rates, but a bit more strict in refunding fees.

This hurts me to say, but Bank of America would most likely be your best bet... they have branches in other countries...
contact them online to shop their options.

Good luck
