What is the best bank in Chicago for checking and savings accounts?

I want to move from Citibank to a new bank in Chicago. I live in town and there are many options. There is very big bank, which is taking place and then there is the smallest bank, the third to fifth Bank. All that needs to have a bank account and a savings account. Suggestions?

  1. Visit a few banks and pick the one with the best customer service. ALL banks offer essentially the same products.

  2. Don’t know any banks in chicago, but for savings ING is really good and they pay a high interest rate.
